Connection Sites address this gap by embedding career entry points within trusted community locations, making it easier for individuals to get started with job search support, career navigation, training referrals, and connections to employers.

Developed through strong partnerships with adult education providers, county agencies, libraries, and workforce partners, Connection Sites leverage shared networks to extend NOVAworks’ reach to residents who might otherwise be missed. This collaborative approach strengthens local systems while maximizing existing resources.
